We, meaning All "B" Truckin have worked for Alleco Stone LLC for many years. They had been faithful to pay on time generally speaking, until the very early summer of 1998, then the checks started slowing down, but still they paid us.

Then in about July they started falling behind, they (the Mattingleys) told us they were having financial problems which is understandable they ask us to continue working with them and they promised to pay in full when they made arrangements for a big loan. They kept promising and we kept working. Finally the checks completely stopped. The balance they owe us is $ 23,223.75 plus 1.5% per month plus

We spoke to an Attorney a few months back and we owe him aproxamately $600.00. This balance has been outstanding since Sept. 1998. They will not return our phone calls, or faxes or written invoices. They have chosen to ignor us completely.

They are doing very well as far as making money they have a 12 year contract with just one company for materials, this is public information that can be read by anyone from their Web Site at Allecostone.com.

If all that is owed to us is collected we will pay you 20%. In fact if collected you can have all of the late charges which will be aprox. $4700.00.
