On Wednesday, June 17,2009 my internet went out. I reported it to Allegiance Communicationon that day and today is June 24,2009 and my internet is still not working.

I have called allegiance everyday and I am told that someone will be out within the next 24-48 hours. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and I have been told that the supervisor is gone for the day, I have been told that the supervisor just stepped out, I have been told that the supervisor is on another line and will return my call in a few minutes, but I have never heard from a supervisor. Allegiance Communication has no customer service. Each time that I have called it takes over 15 minutes for your call to be answered and then they tell you the same thing. That a tech will be scheduled and should be out within the next 24-48 hours, which is a lie. Please do not do business with Allegiance Communication in Shawnee, Oklahoma. They do not know what they are doing, and they can not give you good service. Just last month I had to cancel my Starz, Showtime, and HBO because after 4 months of the television breaking up and having no cable for sometimes 3 weeks, the techs could not figure out what was wrong. I got tired of paying for a service that I was not using. Do Not Use Allegiance Communication, unless you like to throw money away on a bad company.
