Complaint Review: Allegiancetelecom

The Rep from their office came to my place of business to offer me their service and promised me all type of services as far as that they will take care of my phone bills, so i signed up with them. after a year I have been paying At&t, SBC and Allegiance telecom at the same time. They have told me they would pay for those two carriers i was using.

Any way I have made several attempts to contact them but I had no luck. Finally I have spoken to Celeste Mcway and she told me that she would take care of the credit, but she has not done so.
