Allegiant Luxury Limousines Due to the poor maintenance of their party bus our "I Do" crew was left abandoned/stranded on the side of the road! Durham North Carolina

          THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I hired this company for a girls night out with several family and friends that came from multiple areas. We ended up STRANDED on the side of the road due to this companies lack of reliable transportation!                                                 

            Instead of making sure we arrived at our agreed upon drop off location we ended up walking with our belongings that were on the party bus! Our night was over before it really begun! He ruined a very special memorable occasion!

             To make things worse, Sedrick the owner stated that it wasn't his responsibility to get us to our agreed upon safe drop off location, and he also refused to provide a full refund! He slandered my name by lying and saying that I was inebriated and made false accusations about breaking glassware on the bus to try to justify not giving a full refund!

             This whole situation is disappointing! I will definitely be more careful about who I choose to do business with!

Allegiant Luxury Limousines has proudly served hundreds of customers whom all continue to receive the same VIP services provided to this customer and the other members of her party. An unfortunate mechanical mishap occurred midway through this customer's reservation.

An 80% refund as well as Uber transportation was offered to the group. Useful communication became null and void when the customer immediately gave several threats (including litigation) if a full refund was not given.

Per our company policy and contractual agreement the customer received a 50% refund and was politely advised to continue the rest of their night via other transportation methods. Our sincere apologies for the unfortunate event and we hope to have the opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future.
