Allegiant Vanlines Moving company that ripped off a disabled veteran moving for health care needs Eugene Oregon
This company refuses to provide me weigh tickets for the items moved but was happy to charge me over a $1000 more than the qoute. When I contacted them about the tickets they spent a month telling me they would call me back but never did. When I contacted them again they hung up on me. This companie is a scam don't let yourself get screwed.
I think the people in Eugene should be appalled that this business is located in their town. They new they were moving a disabeled veteran and ripped me off anyway even considering that I was moving for medical needs related to my military service.
I have started a law suit in Arizona as they have purposely availed themselves to Arizona so I am filing the suit in Arizona to make it a hassle for them! They want to waste my money I'll waste theirs.

My name is Denise and my daughter hired this horrible company, too. Please see my review on 4-12-13 on moverreviews.com and you can see the whole story. I was wondering if you have filed a complaint w/ protectyourmove.com? When I started contacting everyone that had a bad move back in March they had 3 registered complaints w/ the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). They now have 17 !!! I want to see the criminals in jail, period. My daughter is a Wounded Warrior who served in Afghanistan 2 years ago and I warned them that they had messed w/ the wrong mother. I put a couple in Arizona and Michigan in contact w/ the agent I'm working w/ at the FMCSA and Allegiant was busted on both of the deliveries, saving these folks a lot of money. The drivers were definitely caught off guard, lol. So, if there is anything I can help you with please contact me. I live in Humble, Texas near Houston.
