Complaint Review: Allegrand Enterprises

Allegrand Enterprises AlleGrand K2Incense.org is obviously a front to swindle consumers. I've sent them several emails asking them to confirm my order and haven't gotten a response to it. Their website hasn't any account info or w Internet

AlleGrand 'Enterprises' aka K2Incense.org appears to be a facade website used to scam consumers.  I placed a credit card order with them and when I didn't receive a confirmation receipt from them I became suspicious and sent them several emails asking for confirmation but received no response. 
After doing a bit more investigating I found they also went by the name AlleGrand Enterprises.  I followed up as best I could to protect myself by calling my credit card company to file a dispute since my card had already been charged.  I also called the phone number listed next to the charge on my credit card and I got only a beeping tone, but no one on the other end.
Their website looks legit with the K2 logo, however, when you click on it they're not even listed as a K2 authorized distributor. 

Hope this disclosure of my unfortunate transaction will prevent others from being deceived.

I'm no competitor, and if I were, you wouldn't be hard to compete with.  Face it, you sell hay, not incense.

I've tried actual K2 sky, and was quite impressed.  Yet, on spending $245 on K2 sky on K2incense.org, what I received is 19 grams of hay (or something remarkably similar).  You didn't even bother to splash cheap cologne on it.  Yet you call it incense?  Go figure.

$245 spent, and a lesson learned.  You're a shyster, capitalizing on someone elses reputation, pure and simple.  You belong in jail.

Wish I'd checked Ripoff Reports BEFORE doing business with you.

This report as well as any other "report" about my business is nothing, but LIBEL submitted by a bitter competitor.  



Offering the highest quality products in the industry at the lowest prices angers all of my competitors and they can do nothing, but post lies about my business all day.  



Sad, but there isn't much I can do about that.  Ripoffreport.com is the perfect platform for competitor sabotage.

Did you read their Contact Us page before placing your order?  I doubt it because it says don't contact us 3 times, it blaims the post office and even says they wont tell you the tracking number until you have waited over 7 days. Over 7 days could mean they will tell you in a year or two.


Reading the following, I personally think these people have smoked to much of their own "incense" and you are lucky to not get it.

Regarding Shipping: While, we ship most orders same day they are placed (as long as order is placed before 2pm PT), due to unusual spikes in sales volume, at times, orders can be delayed. While, we ship each order using USPS Priority mail, which usually takes 3 days to arrive on the average, we have no control over the post office and sometimes, packages can get delayed by a couple of days. Please, don't email us asking where your order is, if it's been less than 7 business days since you ordered. While, each order is shipped with a tracking number, we provide the tracking numbers, only if the package has been delayed and you've waited over 7 business days and still haven't received your package. We receive thousands of orders a month, please respect that and don't contact us, unless your order has been greatly delayed. 95% of all orders are received within 3 days, the other 5% can take as much as 10 days, in rare cases. Your patience and business is always appreciated!
