This guy is the Ultimate Con-Artist! He seems to  be tied in to several websites, including "Sally's Secret Garden", Salviasociety.org, and who knows what all, But the minute you go to the check-out page on Any of them, you get a "phishing" site. The url  address will end in "php" instead of the usual ending. Once he gets your credit card information, that's it! You never receive your order. He gives some excuse that the "Bank Response" got left blank because, as in my case, my daughter used HER card to order for me but had it shipped to MY address. I have never had any problem on any other website with that! I don't happen to have a credit card and my daughter does. I prefer not to have one for personal reasons but the MAIN one is because of people stealing the information. When you try and email this Al Grand about your order, at first you get the run-around and if you persist in asking him about it, he gets abusive, makes threats, curses, and you just wouldn't believe what all! I had to consult my local sheriff and police chief about the matter! He claimed to know where I lived, said he dug up photos of me, said he knew ALL about my personal life, and then had the nerve to say he knew all about my "drug" use! WHAT drug use? When somebody is pointing the finger like that, so hard in the OTHER direction, it is usually because they are trying to divert attention AWAY from themselves. I had to block his email address to cut off contact with him.I'm not one to be easily intimidated and am certainly not afraid of some coward thief hiding behind a website or two. As many people as possible need to know about him so that they can avoid becoming victims. the more he gets away with it, the more he will do it. I am going to do my part. He even threatened trying to "smear" me if I spread any "lies" about him OR his "company" but they aren't lies and I am not the only ONE who knows that! Folks, ALWAYS check the URL when you get on the check-out page of a website and if you see "php" at the end of the address, RUN, because it just may be a website designed to "phish" your banking information and that's ALL! I could go on but I think folks will know from this to steer clear of him! Of course, he can and DOES use other names but just remember to check the URL address on a webage BEFORE purchasing anything from anyone. That way, at least, maybe less people will get scammed. If nothing else, maybe consumers who have been ripped-off by him should post videos about it on You-Tube, like that one woman did when her credit card company raised her interest rates up without even telling her. If word gets around far enough, he will  be FORCED to shut down. He will go after consumers and make threats but they just need to stand strong because making threats like that is just as illegal as the scam he's running.. "Con-Artist" does NOT equal a "Shamen" or "herbalist", both of which he claims to be.

You are not alone

#3Consumer Comment

Tue, December 22, 2009

First, read this:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/on-line-business/alle-grand-enterpris/alle-grand-enterprises-salvias-59242.htm

The latest post reveals quite a lot about "Al Grand". He will deny that it is him but the information is accurate and turnabout is fair play since he has your info and has used it to threaten you. Give the info to your police department and have them check him out too. Make sure to give copies of any threatening emails to them and ask about getting the FBI involved since this involves threats made over the internet.

He has posted this on his own web sites (for payment by wire or money order. That way the buyer does not have the consumer protection afforded by credit cards) so he won't mind me posting his business account info here:

Bank Name: Bank of America
Bank Address: 1933 W Craig Rd, North Las Vegas, NV, 89032, USA
Bank Phone: 702.654.3377
Account Name: Alle Grand Enterprises
Account Number: 5(((Redacted)))
Routing (ABA) Number: 0(((Redacted)))
SWIFT Number: (((Redacted)))

I suggest you and others who have been ripped off call the fraud department of Bank of America and file complaints with them.

Second, do not take his threats seriously. Have you seen pictures of him? Maybe 140 lbs. soaking wet and I have toothpicks bigger than his fingers. He curses, makes threats and is abusive to anyone who dares question him. He is far too much of a coward to do anything. He hopes that by his intimidation tactics, he can continue his scam a while longer. Nope. Time to turn the tables. We are all fighting back and your days are numbered as a petty thief, Alex.

Best of luck to you in your fight against this weasel

Mentally unstable individual

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, December 22, 2009

This person is simply mentally unstable.  This is the only reply I'll post to this report, people can draw their own conclusions.

Anyone who's visited my websites knows that I sell the highest quality product at fair prices and I'm one of the foremost authorities on Salvia Divinorum and Wild Kratom.

The first person the media contacts when they want to write a story on any of those wondrous herbs is me.  Last week alone there were 6 newspaper articles featuring interviews with me, two of them front page, as well as a TV interview by BBC, which aired in the UK last week.

I've been selling Salvia before most people even knew it existed.  My name and reputation precedes me, so I don't need to be defending myself especially when attacked by a real psycho.  I'm not using this word as a derogatory remark, it's a simple fact.

There are a couple of reports on this website about mine, and they are all false submitted by a single bitter competitor, however this one is submitted by a real customer, but someone, who actually has done no real business with me at all...

This is exactly what happened.

She tried to order a package of Wild Kratom from my website.  Her credit card was rejected because she tried to have the item shipped to a different address from her billing.  While there are some legitimate reasons to ship an item to a different address from your billing one, most such purchases are fraud, so our credit card processing system rejected her payment automatically.

She attacked me with numerous emails, saying that this website is a scam, that I'm stealing her money, etc, etc, etc.  At first I tried to explain to her, but nothing gets to her because as I said, she is truly psychotic.  So at the end, I simply asked her to not purchase from my website and that her business is not welcome.  That's when things went from 2 to 10 in an instant.  Her immensely huge ego kicked in full force, she started attacking me, telling me that even if I offer her the stuff for free she'd never buy it, that I am nothing and she's rich and famous and my $80K a year earnings are nothing compared to her $80K a month and that she's educated and her GPA is nearly 4.0, that she's married to a rich doctor in Adel, Georgia, that she's a published writer and has been on Oprah, she's a top model (at 45 years old..), and a bunch of other nonsense showing all her insecurities and mental disorders, among which, apparent narcissism, ego-mania, insecurities, control issues, clearly bi-polar disorder and paranoia.  Then she started stalking me and telling me that she reported me to the BBB, as well as, get this, THE SECRET SERVICE!  Oh boy!  So yeah, folks you can draw your own conclusions about that one!

Not to mention, the argument she's trying to make is absolutely ridiculous and anyone with any Internet and programming knowledge would tell you that .php are files used for most shopping carts nowadays as they provide better security than the old .html file.  My website is McAfee verified to be 100% secure and hacker free:

https://www.mcafeesecure.com/RatingVerify?ref=www.salviasociety.org

In closing, I have over 180,000 customers since inception, so it's only natural to run into psychotic customers from time to time, and in fact I'm surprised she's my only one so far...  There are a total of 6 reports about my company on this sabotage platform of a website in the past 4 years since its opening, after over 180,000 customers, so even if all the reports were true, which they absolutely are not, that's still obvious indication my business is as legitimate as it gets.  Run a "ripoffreport" on Wal-Mart or PayPal or eBay or any major and respected business, you'll find hundreds, even thousands of reports on them.  Will that deter you from using them?  No.  Is that an indication those businesses aren't legitimate?  Obviously not.

So you draw your own conclusions.

And now her reply will follow because she MUST have the last word...  God knows, I found that out the hard way.  I have a business to run and a life to live, which she obviously lacks both, so I'll let her have the "last word" and I'll go on about living my life and running my business.  Tomorrow, I won't even remember her, though the narcissist that she is (did you see, she even posted her picture here for everyone to see how "pretty" she is), she'll most likely try to contact me again, however, I've blocked her email address and if she tries to email from a different one, her messages will be deleted without being read.  She needs to find a boyfriend or a hobby or maybe sign up for Facebook!  Anyway..

Ultimately, it's her loss because she'll never be able to purchase my Wild Kratom, which is the highest quality and potency in the world, and which is an herb she obviously wanted to treat her apparent depression, or perhaps her opiate pills addiction.  Sad, sad, sad
