Complaint Review: Allegro Credit

Allegro Credit I wish I knew the same of the supervisor that contacted me-she was beyond rude! I setup autopay so I would not have to worry about payment. After getting multiple notices of not paying on time, I dug a bit deeper. Burlingame Califormia

I have spoken numerous times with Supervisor Alicia Stevens (alicia_stevens@allegrocredit.com). (Also, see  Eric_Schwartz@allegrocredit.com, their CEO. Earlier she informed me (which she NOW denies), that their system does not recognize autopay setup when completed on a MAC computer. She would be happy to take my 4 months of what was owed, (always thinking that is why I setup on autopay), but couldn't help me otherwise.

I informed her that it was a glitch in Allegro's system, not my problem and that I would like them to properly report to the credit bureaus that this was their issue, not mine. I emailed her again after a few weeks went buy and it took her a month to respond.

When she finally did call, I asked her to refund the 4 late payments of $10 per month due to the information she shared that their system was at fault. She flatly denied the previous conversation that she mentioned to me and could not possibly have been more rude!!!

I urge anyone seeking credit with Allegro to step back and look for something else. FYI, I purchased Eargo through Allegro and THEY have even switched finance companies, most likely due to their HORRIBLE customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
