Dear Sir

I was in need of an extra income and after reading the Terms and Conditions for an AGM Internet Shopping Mall, I thought I could not lose as they guaranteed your income for the first year. If you did not succeed they would also refund your investment.

In February 2003 I signed up for the Basic Plus at a discounted sum of USD1,400. It took me about 2-3 months to get going on thr training as I did not find it very easy to understand, not being very computer literate, but I persevered and did the required work.

When I took my computer for an annual healthcheck to the local computer store, multiple viruses were found, which had come from the AGM web training pages. After this I stopped entering the site.

In January 2004 I faxed AGM requesting that they pay me the guaranteed income as per their terms and conditions as I had not received any income/commissions to date to my nominated account, nor had I received any correspondence or assistance from them since February 2003.

To date I have not heard from them and I tried to send a further fax May 2004, only to receive the message that the fax number 718-6415632 has been disconnected!

Any help you are able to give will be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Jacqueline
