Allen and Sons Incompetant thieves Canoga Park Internet
Allen & Sons, whom were contracted through "myapplianceservice.com", is not the place to call if you're in need of service or repairs. Our dryer was making sounds that sounded like it needed a new belt and there was condensation in the room while the dryer was in use.
We called for service, a guy came out to the house saying he was in a hurry because he had another appointment to go to. All he did was turn the dryer on and he said there was nothing wrong. he insisted nothing was wrong. he charged $45 for the service call and left.
We ended up calling a more local company and had the dryer fixed. It did indeed need a new belt and lint cleaning. Do not ever, ever call Allen & Sons or myapplianceservice.com for help, they are useless and incompetent. A total ripp off! Seriously, do not use them or you'll be sorry!
