Complaint Review: Allen & Associates Workstream 6 Figure Jobs

The salesman called and calimed to be a headhunter. Their campaign consisted of blind mailing resumes that were so poorly written to companies having nothing to do with my career path.

When I confronted them they redid the resumes and tried to send out more. I had also indicated from day one that I did not have time for job boards as I was already working. What I was looking for was a headhunter. Mr. DeBenedictis assured me that is what the were. I was then promised a "counselor" to help with everything, but never received help by phone or email. Mr. DeBenedictis claimed to be a headhunter when he was merely a salesman.
I asked Lorenzo DeBenedictis for my money back and he agreed that a refund was due. He believed that perhaps their service would not work for my industry (travel and tourism).

There was not one company from my industry on any of their so called lists, which were just that, empty lists. I could get the same information on Google!
They promised follow up with CEOs and HR departments, but provided nothing.

When I asked where my refund was they told me they changed their minds. I then went to GE, where they do their funding, and complained to no avail. I am no forced to file suit!
