This is an apartment complex in Carrollton, TX. I performed numerous service calls to the property & am waiting to be paid on 10 invoices totally $3112.78. I was promised by the manager & the management company I would be paid. I do have signed proposals for all the work & will take legal action. I just wanted to let others know that this company does not pay their bills.

The original complainant has admitted that she has been paid in full, so this is not an issue anymore. GET US OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE, NOW, OR WE WILL SUE YOU (and we do have Arizona counsel). And to Dianna, if you don't promptly get me removed from this website, my attorney will come after you as well. I don't need the whole world "googleing" me and being directed to your bullshit website.
Very clever in that you make posters click on a box that says that "once I post my report, it will not be removed, even at my request". It will be interesting to see how that holds up in court, as I am sure you will soon experience. Obviously "Dianna" whoever the hell she is, did not read this, much to her future dismay.
And yes, Ripoff Report, I did click on your little "Step 4" box, although I do not agree with anything it contains. I think your site is a joke, and I would assume that you agree.
Get us off of your site now. Dianna has been paid in full

I would like to post an update to the report that I originally posted. Ihave been paid all of money due me including late fees. I wanted to have this report removed but was told by Rip Off Report that was not an option but that I could post this update. Carrollton Arms owners were never even aware that they owed me money since they have a Management Company who handles all their business affairs and they all live in another State. Once they became aware I was paid promptly. Apparently when I then posted the upadte I did something wrong since it never showed up, for this I apologize. Thank you to Rip Off Report & thank you to the Owners of Carrollton Arms Apartments for settling this debt for me. Sincerly

This is an update to original report filed against Carrollton Arms Apts on 11-9-06. I was told my check had been written & will be released as soon as this report is removed. I can not remove this report as it is not company policy with RipoffReport.com to do so. The owners of Carrollton Arms said they will release my check after I show proof of this update. I also will update this report showing the account has been paid in full once I receive the check.
