Allen, Lewis, And Associates said they were attorneys in order to scare us out of money ripoff Jacksonville Florida
i was behind on a clarinet that i had gotten on a rent to own basis from our local music store, and was almost caught up when i get a call from darrell walker from allen, lewis, and assoc. he said he was an attorney and that the only way they would accept monthly payments was out of my checking account, and the amount had to be $69.90 a month. they threatened to sue me if i didn't pay them, and said that they were doing me a favor giving me a payment arrangement.
the first call he made he was nice and i made a payment arrangement, but the next month they took almost 3 payments out of my account which was not the agreement. when i called mr. walker he got hateful and told me that i better contact an attorney because they were going to file a civil case against me, and that they would have me put in jail.now they contact my husband, mother, my job, and my in-laws. how do i get them to stop calling ?
they still try to draft my account, and i don't know what to do . i guess i will have to contact my bank's manager to make sure that these people leave my account alone. the last time he threatened me i told him i would not get a lawyer over a $400 dollar debt, and that if he continued to call all of my family that i would press charges for harrassment.
i hope no one has to deal with these idiots! when i confronted him about not being an attorney he said that he was just a financial consultant working for an attorney. what kind of financial consultant makes threats like that? i refuse to pay one more dime to these people, either the music store i bought the instrument from aill take the money or they won't get it because i will not be threatened by the people.
