 AMG-Allen Marketing Group provides a customer service telephone number (866-551-0868) . I called speaking with Shawnee on multiple occasions continually only quoting processes. My complaint was after I went to the preview as a single woman made more than 80,000 and showed a major credit card it was clear I qualified as required for this preview.

I sat thru the preview and finished getting my thank you gifts. Two days later I was charged 300 dollars for non qualifying. I called to get an explanation this morning assuming it was an error. That is not what happened! They verbally told me that I checked marked married then crossed it off then checked single (first change to my form that I did not do)., I am single and would know that. Then she proceeds to say I check marked a box for making up to 50,000 dollars a year. I never did that (2nd falsification).

I explained that the young lady behind the counter reached over the counter and asked me to put my monthly income cause it doesn't ask for that so I did. As it turned out I finally got to speak to a supervisor, Carissa. She was and did not listen to any logical reason to why any of that made any sense. Why would I do all that to sabotage myself? I repeatedly asked for a copy of the form and was denied it. Either to prove them righ or wrong. All she did was quote policy and offer me to attend another presentation and then they would refund the charge.. Another trip to Las Vegas, how did that make any financial sense? It clearly states in the documents they sent me via email: "what else do I need to know" complimentary gifting will only be given after you have attended the presentation and have qualified based on the terms of the offer." I was given the gifting as I was qualified!

Carissa the supervisor would not listen to any reason nor did she offer to look into the matter of the fraudulent activity obviously done at the presentation or by them at a later time. All she cared about was offering the refund once I attended another presentation.. I did over communicate the point and got nowhere. Non sympathetic and basically I was the liar when I have proof of all the requirements!! Such a scam!! Very disappointing and really just want my 300 dollars back! I told her I would be contacting my bank and she stated they would just provide the document (the document that they changed) and I had asked for a copy which she refused to give but the bank could have it.. hmm?? More discrepancies with how they run the business! Definitely not there for the customer! They just want to squeeze every dollar they can! Do not use AMG (Allen Marketing Grouo)! You will be disappointed!

 AMG has responded to my complaint and are willing to refund my $300.00. All I ever asked was to look at all reasonable reasons why this should not have happened. It appears that they have done that! This experience with AMG was not so pleasant as I reported earlier in reference to the additional funds being taken out of my account. The presentation was interesting and I left there thinking when I am ready I was going to try again. Even telling friends about it. I do realize being in management myself that you are only as good as all the employees, and sometimes people in charge need some extra training or maybe even a fresh look at the processes in place. I am hoping that they will look into what happened to me and take care of that broken process. In the end they say they are returning the money. The rest is up to them to fix . Safe travels everyone and what AMG offered during their presentation was worth taking the time to learn about. Sincerely, Crescent City CA
