ABOUT THE RIPOFF REPORT BELOW:

Ripoff Report would like to let readers know that Ripoff Report emailed this customer, so the member business could make things right with them. When a business joins the Corporate Advocacy Program, Ripoff Report emails everyone from the past so the member business can make things right with them. Of course, everything within reason. In order to confirm that the complaints were resolved, Ripoff Report is copied on all responses, so we can insure that the member business did right by their customer. The author of the Ripoff Report below never responded to our offer to help them.

STATEMENT FROM ALLEN MARKETING GROUP:

This customer wanted a refund outside of our 14-day policy. They read another ripoff report and decided to pick a part a promotional product that they purchased from our client. Our Customer Care team (who is contracted with the client to provide customer service to their customers) was not equipped to handle the gentlemen's concerns, further upsetting him, and letting to this report. We reached to him, provided him with a full refund months outside of his review policy and made sure he was taken care of. We have since further audited the products that we advertise and promote to ensure they are living up to their expectations.

NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Vacation Packages are 90% False as Represented.  Sales Rep Contact Information will be completely false.  Name will be unknown when try and track down.  Phone number will not work.  Only Official Customer Service will be available.

Upon challenging the following Misrepresentations with both Ashely and Emily, the Administrator for Customer Relations, I was simply given the runaround with a bunch of double-talk and walk-backs that made no real sense, except to possibly confuse the average person or to avoid admission of fraud.

1) False Claim - Price is all inclusive of Resort Fees, Etc.  Truth - Price does not include room tax, resort fees, etc.  False Claim - Package has 14-day Full Money Back Unconditional Guarantee.

Truth - They will try and charge you a $10 Admin Fee unless you push back strongly.

2) False Claim - You will be asked to view a 60 minute video intended to simply educate you on local businesses.

Truth - The Presentation, intended to sell you on a Vacation Points Program, which is merely a repackaging of a Time Share style program, may take up to 90 minutes.  They will try and sell you hard, and will often harrass you with lower and lower costing packages for a lot more time before they give up on you.

3) False Claim - 6 Complimentary Show Tickets are for Headliner Shows like Celine Dion, Cirque du Soleil, Chris Angel, etc.

Truth - Tickets are only for Cabaret Shows within Planet Hollywood.

4) False Claim - Will receive a $300 Dining Card that can be used to pay for an entire meal at any of the participating locations.  This is not a discount card.

Truth - Completely False.  It is merely a discount card.

5) False Claim - Complimentary Dinner for Two at choice of Two Restaurants at Planet Hollywood, one Italian, one Brazllian.

Truth - Complimentary Dinner only available at the Brazllian Restaurant.

6) False Claim - Will Receive $200 in Slot Machine Tokens for the Tropicana, plus $50 in Slots for use at the Plaza, downtown.

Truth - Completely False.  Receive $100 in Slots for the Binions Slot Play, downtown.

7) False Claim - Includes a $1,500 Travel Certificate that can be used to extend your stay at Hotels such as Hilton, Wyndam, Marriot, Sheraton, Hyatt, Omin.  This Certificate is also inclusive of Resort Fees, etc.  There are no additional fees associated with the Certificate.  Discounts applied are off Wholesale Room Rates.

Truth - Certificate can't be used until received in the mail after completion of Las Vegas trip.  A $25 Fee must be paid to Register for the Certificate.  Resort Fees, etc. are not included.  Retail Room Rates apply.
