I would not recommend this AMG promotional company. The sales person (Enin Williams) calls to offer you an unbelievable package 3 nights 4 days in Las Vegas NV for only $379.00 and you have to pay up front on your credit card before you get all the details and requirements with additional fees and discounts via email or mail out to your home.  You are transferred to another Rep (Kevin Niles) that repeats the package deal to confirm your credit card purchase. 

I asked about any sit down presentations requirements or if this was a time share sale presentation with unrelenting sales reps and pitches for 90 to 120 minutes. They said no, amongst other questions that they lied about.  It is reworded as a Vacation Planning presentation. You are required to attend and must qualify by having an income of $60,000 annually and they hold your credit card information. If you do not qualify, they charge your card an additional $300.00.  If you want to cancel the package, there is an additional fee of $150.00 and administrations fees attached. The bonus comps are not free you pay for discounted comps and pay additional fees once you start booking your hotel, dinners, entertainment and activities through other third party companies that were supposed to be free through this package.

The cancellation and refund policy is not honored by emailing or calling them until you mail a cancellation request letter by US postal service and must be received within your 14 days cancellation time period.  I cancelled per email, and phone call within 24 hours of the  purchase. The Customer Service Rep Dana calls me upon receiving my email to try to keep my purchase adding additional comps and fees and stating my package is transferrable to someone else I know that qualifies their requirements.  Then she stated, we will cancel upon receipt of my cancellation letter as long as it is received within the 14 days time. My letter was sent certified, return receipt signature request the following morning. I am now waiting for their acknowledgement and refund. I also had to call my credit card company to let them know that this charge is in dispute so they can not charge any more fees.  I am now waiting for their reversal or refund to my credit card which Dana said would take 5-10 business days.

A word to the Wise Consumer,  do not give your credit card information to any promotional company over the phone. If  you are booking and calling for any travel and discounts, you must read and understand the deals in print with their policy and procedure requirements in writing first. This is how many seniors and non wealthy people get scammed into purchases they can not afford.  You will truly be disappointed and scammed into spending money through their false advertisement and hard marketing sale reps into spending more money that you may not have.
