STATEMENT FROM ALLEN MARKETING GROUP:

The author of this report made up a false scenario that she apparently had with one of our account managers. Regardless, we wanted her to be happy and the consumer received a refund outside of the 14 day policy.

Allen Marketing used Total Rewards name and sold us a vacation package for 350.00 with 200 food voucher 100 tokens and 1000.00 trave voucher.  They failed to admit it was for a sales pitch in Vegas and to my dismay i missed it in the small print. They also failed to disclose that you cannot book a room for peak season or on weekends.  If you do you have to pay extra for a prime hotel or settle for a subprime hotel.  I was told we could give a couple of days notice and we could book any weekend.  I have not yet been able to book a room and i bought the package in may of 2017.  I also called and ask for a room 30 days in advance and still no available.  This is a scam.  They said any hotel any time and thats a lie.  I cannot get any hotel at all let alone i have to schedule off peak or a year in advance.  Make sure you dont plan to use this vacation package for a year or more after purchasing

Hello T****, 

I'm J**** and I am the representative who took your call on August 22, 2017. In your complaint, you mentioned that you tried to schedule your dates with 30 days’ notice on multiple occasions and there was no availability, this is not true --

When I took your call, you informed me that you were looking to schedule your dates for Labor Day weekend with less than 7 days’ notice. You attempted to schedule your dates one time prior to that and provided us with less than 48 hours of notice. You were not willing to explore any other options, you wouldn't let me help, and you kept telling me how terrible I was.

We thank you for your business and apologize for the inconvenience but, unfortunately, if we are not given proper notice our options may be limited.

To customers that are contemplating doing business with our company: We make every effort to accommodate our customers in every way possible. The claims in this complaint are not factual.
