I never planned on using the 3 night vacation or hoped to get my deposit bacj but after the abuse and threatening phone calls a week before the actual reservations i decided to file a dispute with the help of the CC fraud department. i gave 5 business days of notice to cancel, that was more than enough, most hotels accept a 3 day advance cancellation. their business tactics are deplorabel and fraudulant. i would dare us e the 3 night vacation for fear of what might happen at the required presentation. they lied about it being a vacation club like travelocity, booking.com or any others that are reputabel.

  I want my money back in full. i want this company shut  down for such lying practices. unheard of lack of professionalism or consideration of customers needs.my Credit card  company is going to try to negotiate a refund.

 Amg listened to my concerns and was willing to cancell reservations .They rebooked my vacation and the situation was resolved.
