i worked for this company for approximately 5 1/2 months and always had to wait for payroll. It finally got to the point that they were in so deep to me for payroll that i had to continue working for them to get my pay. At a point when my payroll was only two pay periods behind i cut my losses and got out of there. at this point i am owed around 1400.00 for payroll and have discovered the withholding from my pay was not being paid in, or at least i have no proof that it was, so that is about another 500.00 bucks. There are two other former employees who are in the same boat as me, we have started a complaint with the labor board and am waiting to see what happens. When i began working there I discovered many guys who had paid for and completed the fra 213 training program and had never been put to work anywhere. On a daily basis I spoke with many angry people who felt as though they had been cheated out of their money. It finally became clear to me what was going on so I cut my losses and got out of there before I became involved in some legal matter that was not my own.
