Complaint Review: Allen Reginald Smith

Beware of Allen Reginald Smith. In his con-artist career he has:

* Stolen blank checks and forged them
* Bought his mother an expensive necklace with a bad check
* Been in and out of jail/prison for more than a decade
* Absconded from parole TWICE
* Robbed a pharmacy. The take? A whopping $35.
* Used his boss' (company) truck in the robbery, which resulted in a high-speed chase by police down the interstate
* Stolen from his mother - repeatedly
* Stolen from a Brother in the Catholic Church who took him in and tried to help him
* "Borrowed" a co-workers brand new car -- for days. She had to retrieve it from a field when he was finished with it.
* Perpetuated at least two maternity frauds. His M.O. is to start yet another Allen Reginald Smith DNA franchise, then run onto another, unsuspecting, woman.
~ He has a grown daughter in the northeast. He owes her mother some $100,000 in child support.
~ He has two minor children in the mid-west. He owes their mother some $40,000 in child support.
