Complaint Review: Allen's Plumbing

This business has the worst customer service I have ever encountered! When purchasing plumbing fixture packages, they promise to provide all the help myou need. After purchase, they don't want to know you. They also provide incorrect information, causing you to buy incorrect parts, and then will be nasty when you try to exchange the parts, and give only store credits. Insufficient staff results in long waiting times for service. While their packages are priced attractively, they will rip you off on the prices of additional parts needed after the initial sale. Go anywhere but Allen's!
