My husband called the finance company that the dealership used to get a pre approval for the pickup and asked them not to finance the vehicle. He was told that if they do not finance per Allen Samuels agreements we will have to find financing on our own. We can not find financing as our scores are low, just below average but getting better ...unless this deal goes South. I can not believe the gall of some people but I suppose it takes a calloused heart to sell cars especially in this economy.

If you didn't think you could afford it, why were you there in the first place???
What this all comes down to, as you indicated in your previous posting, you didn't have the guts or backbone to end the sales process and WALK OUT! You played doormat, signed the papers and now you want out of the deal and of course its all the fault of the dealership.
YOU could have avoided all this by NOT PLAYING DOORMAT! How hard is that to understand? Like the previous respondent stated....enjoy your new truck!
