Allen Woodward/WLMS Defaulted on a loan and discontinued service after payment was made. Redding California
My wife and I made a loan (notarized note) to Allen Woodward/WLMS after having them for landscape services for almost 13 years. The load was to be paid as part in payments, and part of it from our homes monthly landscape serivces. The loan payments were made on time for a few months, and then became sporadic over the next 12-16 months - while the landscape service continued.
This past summer (July 2014), all landscape service stopped at both our home and rental property after the 2nd week of the month, even though all payments for the service had been made (we still paid for the rental propoerty). In addition, Mr Woodward made no attempt to make a loan payment for serveral months. We attempted to contact him via text, phone, and a certified letter to request some type of resolution - and even had our attorney send a demand letter - all to no avail.
Currently looking at declaring a MAJOR loss to the IRS, due to Allen Woodward/WLMS skipping out on the loan.
