I made a purchase through Allenbeys website on December 30, 2002. On 1/10/03, 1/12/03, and 1/16/03, I inquired Allenbeys about the status of my order. I always got the same automatic email as the response (see below) that Allenbeys will respond to me within 48 hours.

However, 2 weeks later, I still did not receive any responds. The merchandise I ordered never comes either. I tried to call Allenbeys, but never able to get through.
