Ordered pipe rack on 3/8/03.

3/21/03- emailed asking when I would receive merchandise.

3/23/03- received email saying shipment was delayed in customs, pipe rack would ship as soon as they received it.

4/2003- Received MasterCard bill and found I had been charged for the pipe rack.

4/9/03- emailed saying I was charged, but had not yet received merchandise. Asked if it was in transit.

4/10/03- received email saying company had not yet received the restocking shipment. It would ship as soon as it was received & I would be sent a notification e-mail when the shipment was made.

5/22/03- I still had not received the pipe rack. I emailed & asked to receive a credit on my MasterCard.

received no reply except autoresponder.

6/17/03- emailed after receiving MasterCard bill, no credit had been applied.

received no reply except autoresponder

6/20/03- (today) emailed, said I had received no reply to the last 2 emails, requested credit again.

received autoresponder.
