1. Merchandise ordered for son's wedding on Feb. 9, 2003 via website.

2. Credit card charged on Feb. 12th for $173.92.

3. Email inquiry sent on Feb. 23rd. Only an "autoresponse" answer received promising a reply in 48 hours.

4. Followup email inquiry sent on Feb. 25th. Only got autoresponse stating that their internet web system had been down for two weeks because company had relocated. No further response received.

5. Send fax on Feb 27th, requesting that if order was not shipped on 2/28 that order be cancelled and refund be issued. No response received.

6. Sent fax and email on March 2nd, requesting order cancellation and refund. Only got autoresponder reply.

7. Sent complaint to Yahoo Online shopping on March 2nd. Still awaiting reply.

Allenbeys: new address, etc

1. According to Seminole County business records, Allenbeys.com is located at 105 Timberlachen Circle, Lake Mary, FL 32746. Phone number is 407-330-1031.

2. Company is registered in the name of Carol and Richard Cook.

3. The website registration shows an address of 5850 Eubank Suite B-49, Albuquerque, NM and a phone number of 505-323-2050.

4. Company also owns the domain www.1stinternetmall.com which shows Richard Cook as the contact and the same address and phone number as in paragraph number one. It shows an email contact of richard@allenbeys.com.
