Allentown Window ripoff Pros Scam Artists Allentown Pennsylvania

I worked for Allentown Window Pros for a month and quit. I was out trying to sell windows and they would set up appointments by offering free windows or a gift and never deliver.

They would not tell me they did this and sent me into homes. They made the sales people set up fake show homes to entice the people to buy today.

They tell the sales people that they will get appointments close to there area but you have to travel all over just to find out that the appointment was made because they thought it was free windows.

The last appointment I was on was with a previous customer and I was suppose to just set them up with the deal but apparently they told them one price and me a higher price.

Then I call into the office and my boss says he will have some call her. Then he calls back under a different name and talks to the lady and says he will call back in 5 to 10 minutes later. 20 minutes after I call back and he says there was no need to call back we aren't selling for less.

This company is very underhanded don't deal with them.

Couldnt cut it

I too am an X-employee of Window Pros and obviously you are just a disgruntled employee who could not cut it.  I worked there for years and have many hundreds of happy customers.  Just because you could not perfrom the job is no reason to bad mouth the company.  How is it so many other salespeople have done well and sold many happy customers but you ran appointments for "free gifts" and visited a previous customer and could not sell them either.  This site should require proof before letting anyone who is having a bad day just vent!! I know for a fact they owned thier own factory and do over $8,000,000 a year and this is all by ripping people off.  God Bless the next company you work for.  If you dont make it, just write to RIP OFF REPORT they will pay your bills.

What this person said is 100% true. Ex employees are the best place to find information about a crooked company and this one takes the cake in all my years of sales work. I did the drill and sold $70,000 worth of windows in a months time to which I was supposed to receive 10% of, I got 0% and quit immediately. Very sad operation, a business based on lies, go to home depot and get the same windows for $900 less a piece.

I find it unfair for an individual to simply defame my company with nothing more than a few strokes to a key board. As a business man, I must pay for everything I do and don't do. It has become so easy to simply state your opinion without any substance. If this person and I have no idea whom this is had to pay a lawyer or magistrate to file these meaningless remarks there would be so few of them ever written. But as long as someone is willing to listen for FREE there will always be people willing and ready to complain, most times unjustified.

I wish you the best of luck with your next employer. Make sure he/she is aware you write such friendly things about your employer. If your next one does not allow parking where he/she said they would or you simply cannot perform the job you were hired for, I guess they will be here next.

Look at most window companies

Look at most windows companies. They will have some people that mention bad things.

Yes, WP has high prices, compared to the box stores. But compare them to other professional window installers, and they are in the middle. You want $200 installed windows, then you will probably be replacing them in 5 years.

I only wish now that we replaced all our windows, instead of just the really old ones.

I have had WP do my windows. At the time they offered a $25 gas card for the saleman just to come to your home. Then a $100 Gas card if you got windows.

That is sort of what happened. We spoke with there saleman and a few days later we got our $25 gas card in the mail. We signed up for windows, agreed on a price and setup a date.
We later found out that they ran out of $100 gas cards. But the company was good on the $100. They took off an additional $100 off the price of the installation. So it was all equal.
WP keeps there promises.

We like our new windows, and they are of a better quaity than the other "newer" windows in out home. In a few years we will probably buy replacements for those as well, and only have WP windows in our home.

I beleive it is well known that a disgruntled employee has little or no merit when speaking about the company they were employeed. Obviously this individual was not made for a sales job with WP. I feel it is unfair for this site to simply list a complaint without researching the validity of the complaint and offering no way to take legal action. I am pursuing this now through my attorney.

If this is the person we beleive it is he was fired for lieing to customers, never being on time for appointments and not taking the time to learn the trade. I have over 70 employees and many have been with me for years and years so I guess this person found his job more than he can handle and as it typical, he blames the employer.

I wish the next company of your employ all the best. We will monitor this site for future remarks against them.

I also feel if you feel that the job was so wrongly presented that you get an attorney and file a suit against WP.
