allforyourwedding.com Violet Sea, Inc. Charged for Merchandise that was NOT available and never received refund despite numerous requests Internet
I ordered wedding bulletins from allforyourwedding.com (a Violet Sea, Inc. business) on Dec. 6, 2009. Several days later I received notice that the bulletins were no longer available. However, I was charged for the order.
After waiting a week, thinking that the company would automatically credit my account since they had charged me for goods I had never received, I grew tired of waiting and e-mailed them. Their response was to offer me "other options." I declined and requested my refund. In response I was told that the "billing department" was on vacation and so no one could process the refund for me at that time, but that in the beginning of January I would receive it. To date I have not received my refund, despite numerous requests via e-mail (I'm unable to get anyone live over the phone), which are either ignored or responded to with "your bank account should show a credit next week."
Clearly this website is a scam! I filed a report with the BBB and am now pursuing obtaining my money back through my bank.
Be wary of any business under Violet Sea, Inc.!
