I ordered 3 batteries for IBM servers. IBM specifies a maximum shelve life of 1 year for these parts. I noted that on the order to avoid getting shipped outdated product.
They shipped not only 3-4 year old parts, they also shipped the wrong part. I filed 3 RMA requests and no response since 4 weeks. They do not respond to email, they do not pick up the phone listed on their website.
I should have known better, they advertise the lowest price for an item and when I placed orders before they cancelled the order after 10 days without notification. They are not a legitimate business run with good business practices.
These people try to steal your money and hope you give up if they just drag their feet longh enough.
Stay away or get burned from this store. Do your research there are many people with similar experience with this store. The company also spams review sites with fake 5 star reviews. Horrible dishonest people.
