Complaint Review: AllHeart

AllHeart Aka, Uniforms Unlimited I have been Robbed, TRicked and LIED 2 over and over. I ordered and they took my money and ran. They keep lying to me, by telling me I should have the order, or it's on it's way, sending it overnight shipping, I have been refunded..... Camarillo California

A lot of my time has been wasted on this issue. Please help me, I have been ripped off. On 1/2/08, I ordered shoes. On 1/5/08 e-mail informed me the order was sent. At the end of Jan. & many calls since, I keep getting bogus stories on the whereabouts of my order that I never received. I demanded a refund. They told me they refunded me on the 2/17/08. I checked with my bank, and they have no record of this transaction! I called back they told me to wait another wk & 1/2 for the trans. to go through. An electronic transaction takes a week and a half? They took my money and won't refund me, so then she (Jennifer) suggested once again to send my order via FedEX over night. My response was, why would you do that if you say you already sent my refund? I told her (Jennifer) not to send me the shoes, this offer has been made to me at least 12 times, and I wait for my shoes and they never arrive! I just want my money back. She said, well then you have to wait a week and a half for your money. I've been robbed, tricked, & lied 2! I have pleaded with this Co. to give me my order or refund me. They keep leading me on by saying it's on its way (several, several times). Now, today they tell me that they sent my money back to my bank. When in fact that too is a lie. Please help. I have been dealing with this for too long and I just want my refund. This experience is a complete disappointment and with continued dissatisfaction.
