We need to do something about people like these guys that feed on hard working citizens. They are the scum of the earth. We just received our letter telling us that we will not be receiving our money back because they fulfilled everything. What a d**n crime. Once we signed with them last year we NEVER heard from them and when we received a letter in March to renew we laughed and just figured we would write our fax requesting our money back within the 10 days of the expiration. Shortly after sending that fax we attempted to call the office to find out about when we could expect our check.

When we were told we would get an answer in about 4-6 weeks we told them that was not acceptable and requested to speak with someone in authority. It was at this point when we were told that slime ball Hicks was out of the office and on the road. We got this answer over and over again and then we felt that sinking feeling. Yesterday, June 13 we got our letter saying NO MONEY and if we wanted to mediate this problem we would have to come to Georgia and also not to call them about this matter.

We got on the phone with the Attorney General here in FLorida and because these scumbags are in Georgia the Attorney General suggested speaking the a federal branch so we called the FBI. They looked into their computer and found no filings under this name and suggested dealing with the attorney general in Georgia and also to start surfing the web. We then surfed and found this website with multiple other complaints about this company. We called FBI guy back and told him what we found and then asked him if we were able to get hold of others could be start a file on these people. FBI guy, who by the way tried to help, explained that before 9/11 this would be important and something he actually worked on. Now though, all federal resources go to terrorism. We expressed to him that this was white collar terrorism and although he felt the pain only suggested the Attorney General. We are in the process of doing this, but feel very hopeless. They system stinks and now realize never to trust anyone especially when they say anything about receiving a refund if product, item, etc, doesn't work.

If anyone has a great idea on what to do please let us know.

These people are the worst kind of scum. They feed on hardworking honest people who still believe that others are the same. Of course, we have come to find out that Alliance has ripped us off for $6,500. As of yesterday we found out that we will never see that money again and if we wanted to mediate they invited us to come to Georgia and also not to try calling them again.

We immediately called the state attorney here in Florida and were told that we have to deal with a federal agency so we called the FBI. They told us that since 9/11 all effort is being used for terrorism and this is not on their list. To make a long sad story short probably all of us that trusted either to get a sale or our money back will never get anything.

We will be writing the Attorney General in Georgia and file a complaint but really feel that all this has taught us is to NEVER trust again especially when told about getting money back.

Hopefully someone out there will contact us and have a solution for getting our money back.
