I was lured into this company by a bunch of mind games and blatant lies. I figured out the scam right away but being as I have to work 12-14 hours a day no exceptions it makes it impossible to find another job especially when you are stuck with someone else in the car to work the field with you. While you read tons of articles on Innovage and other companies formed and maintained on the same infrastructure you always have someone standing up for the companies saying that lying works and you just are upset you didn't make it and weren't owner material. Distributors have been immediately cut off and pushed away by business people due to people like Giovanni finding "hot spots" and working those businesses like the mafia works territory claiming to offer them phony deals and "cut them off" if they pitch to any other people but him.

This guy keeps his number one seller status and money in his pocket while everyone else struggles and suffers daily trying to make a living "promoting" products for supposed Fortune 500 companies allowing us to use their names for promotions. Once someone was confronted by the police about the company they claimed to being doing promotions for knowing nothing about the promotion they were running and using their name illegally and taking their product from them. After that everyone was told to say "We are here doing promotions for companies like _______. You know ______right?" There are Fortune 500 company signs posted all over the walls of every company associated to this con to help make it seem more believable. Some of us also found out that the owner's claims to have permits for us to promote and sell to these businesses was a blatant lie.

People have been told to lie to clients and to potential employees in interviews to manipulate them into either buying our products or impulse them to take our job offer after lying and playing with their emotions. I heard that someone refused to lie and was repremanded harshly and their day was intentionally sabatoged by a guy set up to go out with them and mess with their numbers last week (and who also tried to find cars in parking lots with unlocked doors so he could steal things in them which the person immediately brought him back to the office for and yet again was repremanded for and accused of lying about him doing it). They had no intention of ever making me or most of the people that we have aboard owners and they just intend to use them for money to pay their bills and keep running.

These people are either nieve fools and/or too nice to honestly run a business based solely on lies and manipulation let alone be able to stay and survive on the few bucks they manage to make on a daily basis. Where's the $500.00 base salary per week? All BS. It's only commission and car leaders selling the newbee's orders first on the first three days so as not to take a loss and be able to give them $70.00 those days (to all the known "juicy" businesses) to falsely build their confidence and make it appear that they receive a steady salary. I could go on and on about everything but if you read all the other over 200 testimonials you'll get bits and pieces to fill in the blanks.

To anyone that wants to come back and stand up for this company and/or all it's related cousins safely hiding under independent chains that run off eachother and under the same BS philosophies and tactics and try to not call it a scam, don't bother. If you and your clients are deceived (directly, ommission, etc. - yes, we all know the numerous forms of deception) into buying into purchasing or selling product then you it's a "con". Nothing changes the meaning of a "con job". These workers that know the truth and stay and defend the company are only con-artists, sociopathic headcases, and/or just plain criminals. Look up the definition.

Run as far away as you can from anything involving DS Max or Innovage

This company has gone through dozens of people and now they are continually spaming job search engines, like careerbuilder. They are even branching out to putting ads in to local news papers for "sports marketing" when in reality there is not sports involved, unless its vivtar binocolars "for hunting."

I just find it disgusting that after all this time, they're going to any lengths just to find a couple of people to sling their products for a couple of days, and no doubt people fall for it yet. Hopefully they'll be smarter than me and actually look at this site.

I used to think Mike Ryberg was a good kid.... Never did I imagine after my time with him back when he worked in woburn that he'd turn into one of these insane liars.

This business takes good people and warps and corrupts them. It makes you think that you are going to open your own company. I remember one day I was working this job, I saw a guy working at a stop and shop and he told me he used to do what I was doing and I thought 'wow, look at him now, i'm going to run my own company and this fool is working at stop and shop now' how WRONG i was... that guy had it right..... to get the HELL away from that lousy horrible scam of a company. BEWARE of Mike Kriss, Mike Ryberg, Dave Levin and anything to do with GQ Imports, Image Imports, Alliance Advertising and ANY AND ALL job ads that tell you you dont need any experience to come work for a promotional marketing company.... its all lies, business to business sales.... if you want more info, email me....
