This company claims to provide buyers, sellers, mortgage providers, banks, and investors with extremely accurate appraisals of the fair market value of residential properties. This service is too important to be put in the hands of amateurs, so give our licensed, certified staff a call today.

ONCE YOU PAY THEM they never respond and they never show up to do the actual appraisal, File a complaint with Virginia's Attorney General and with the Virginia Association of Realtors as well as with Alexandria Chamber of Commerce and with the Better Business Bureau

This anonymous complaint is a hoax! It is both baseless and inflammatory. We do not collect a fee for an appraisal PRIOR to performing an appraisal. And it is simply not believable someone would actually tender payment for a service prior to receiving the service. You do not pay the doctor before you see the doctor! I demand proof this alleged and extremely vague reference to an actual business transaction ever occurred. Call our office at 703-765-4800 should you wish to discuss this spurious allegation and I am happy to set you, and the record, straight.

Why not call the office and demand your money back if you paid us directly for something you never received? I certainly would. Please note, if a bank or mortgage lender requested the appraisal of your property, that bank or mortgage lender is our client, not you. And we can only communicate the appraisal results and the report to that client. This is part of the appraiser-client confidentiality agreement.

We are open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and at the same address and phone number for the past seven years.

And try spelling the names of those you defile correctly. This might allow the victims of your next baseless defamation to better identify who your real target is.
