I was approached by AAA, April 2005 with the pretense that they had a "qualified buyer" in waiting that has sufficient funds to buy my buisness. All they had to do was a business analysis, create a report and the deal would close in ninety days. Each time I called them in those three months I was put off with they would contact this person and the transactions would occur.
