In October 2012 I was contacted telephonically  by Alliance Direct Management (ADM) clients relations executive, an Amanda Bennett and senior accounts executive Patrick Sullivan offering knowledge and investment of share trading with a company called Aster Exploration. They mentioned that this company was well researched and well placed in thier gold exploration expansion programme and due to their growth they were selling shares for this company. I did purchase 4,607 ASTOR Exploration Corp. shares for the value of  USD 10,799. I paid the money  into PING AN BANK, SHENNAN DONG ROAD, SHENZEN, CHINA, benficiary name of ADM Ltd, Swift code SZDBCNBS, USD Account ***************************, EURO Account **************************. ADM issued me with the brokerage forms, receipt for the payment, newsletters confirming the transaction. I have not received any further communications, in spite of my requests to sell the shares. I was contacted at some point by some american who was so drunk he was slurring his word.

I am now sure that they are a scam, so I recently sent the following email (apologies for the RUDE language).

"I have to face the truth and admit that you guys have conned me.

Congratulations, it doesn't happen often, i had a lot of money at the time, no time to check you b******s out and I fell for it.
I just hope that the money you have stolen from me and possibly others goes in medicines for your kids and families. Hopefully they (and yourselves) will catch such a disease that when the doctor will tell you that they might have caught HIV you will be relieved to know.

I really hope you rot in hell, bunch of b******s.

Have a f***ing lousy day"

In response I received this from Frank Pommella:

"Thank you for your email sent on the evening of 14th December and accessed by Samantha  Bennett on 15th December. Though not of a delicate disposition, she was rather startled by the vitriol there-in and passed your email to me. I'm afraid that I was in no mood to respond cordially at the time ... however, during this season of goodwill to all men, herewith my response ... !
in a nutshell, Astor Explorations stock has been in hibernation since it's last trade on 7th May 2015. A glance at any stock website will show this paucity in trading rather starkly - eg: Astor Explorations - Latest price - Charts, news and recommendations

In the light of a dismal year, not only for Astor, but also gold bullion and many, many gold mining stocks, I welcome the opportunity to bring you up-to-speed on your Astor Explorations holdings ...

Our ability to help you sell your shares on the open market - and pay out your money - will be positively impacted once retail buyers became more aware of these stocks which do require a public announcement, word of mouth or talking heads to lift them into the consciousness of every day investors.

Your vitriol is unfounded. The stock is not 'dead', it is merely treading water in a horrendous market segment. I suspect that will be looking for closure later in 2016 rather than the next few weeks.

If you believe that you or some other brokerage can do a better job of selling these shares, we will (reluctantly) send you your certificates and close you account with us. Until then, I can assure you, Mr Sega, that we will call you as soon as we have something of value to share.

In anticipation of better things to follow ...

Kind regards,
Frank Pommella
