The Individual (Alexia in my case) called me to make an investment on the stock market pertaining to "insider information" they had on some Asian energy company.

Sure enough short research revealed they had been doing their homework, so I decided to dig a little deeper. While on the phone with them acquiring information on the deal of the decade, I visited their website which appeared to be offline, which I informed them of, and shortly thereafter it was miraculously up again.

I followed links to Facebook and Twitter, and they amazingly had 7 followers, 0 comments, videos on YouTube had commenting turned off. All these signs set off alarm bells, along with the fact that Alexia was trying hard to pressure me into an impulse buy by lowering "enforced investment levels" by 50%. These guys are very clever, they even had a newsletter sent to my place of work.

When asking about how they acquired my information, they referred to a marketing team and not knowing their marketing process. One more search pulled up the following link:-

Due to the frightening similarities, I came to this website to file my first scam report. Hopefully the last. Oh, and Alexia had a thick British/Indian accent.
