Alliance Financial Lending, contacted me to secure a loan with prepay and a loan guarantee. This is all in writing. A written contract signed by the CEO Neil Gehrils,

They inform you that they use third party lenders to secure the loan. you prepay the provide the loan.

The loan was never provide. I've file reports with the BBB of New Jersey, the division of consumer affair and the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

too was also a victim of a "loan" company but by a different name and location, all the facts of your case sounds just like mine. What they companies prey on is that nobody will pursue their lost any further. Lawyers wont take the case because " it is not enough money" to fight over. You must report this to the better business bureau , attorney general office or your state and the state the company is located in.FBI, and you local police department. The only way for us as victims to win is to ban together an file a class action lawsuit. I looked up many laws about credit services organization act and deceptive trade act. This company like foreclosure assistance companies can be sued for fruad and forced to pay civil penalities,restitution, and punitive damages to victims. It is going to take the FBI to set up a sting on them to bring them to justice. I hope this info helps.
