Complaint Review: ALLIANCE LENDING

Hello,
I am just glad to report that I Googled 1-866-917-9710 and it brought me to this page. When I read the report about ALLIANCE LENDING I was not surprised, but relieved. I, too, was contacted about being approved for a $5,000 loan and would have to put down $930 to secure the loan. The agent Robert White called me to confirm everything, even faxed me over a contract. It looked legit so I faxed it back to him.

I was told to wire the down payment through Money Gram and I would only have to pay a fee of $14.00 in which that would be the transfer fee as usual. But the fishy part was I was told to do a person-to-person transfer to a Mrs. Angela Drew in Markton, Alberta. That is in Canada!! The total amount Money Gram quoted me to send the funds was $990.00 in which in Canadian dollars would equal out to be about $862.00 to be recieved by this "Angela Drew" person. I thought that was strange so I DID NOT WIRE THE FUNDS.

I am sorry to read about what happened to the other gentleman who actually sent his money to these people. Hopefully there will be a way for him to re-coup his money. I want to warn all people about this rip-off scam.
