00Do not do business with Alliance Mitigation Group or Pacific Mitigation Group they are scammers. Rudy Sardina, senior loss mitigation manager with alliance sent us the contract that we signed. We paid this guy 2800.00 and haven't heard from him since. He is also apparently working for Pacific Mitigation group. www.pacificmitigationgroup.org his email there is rsardina@pacificmitigationgroup.org. His associate that we were dealing with was Heidi Hernandez, her Amg title is Director of operations and underwriting AMG her phone numbers are 888-744-2897 ex 106 her email is heidi@alliancemitigationgroup.org. Rudy nor Heidi will return phone calls. The contract states that if they are unable to get our modification done we will get a full refund....had to believe when they won't return a call. We have contacted the federal trade commission as well as the california attorney generals office. If anyone has any other suggestions they would be appreciated. Please don't let this happen to anyone else!!

We recieved a call today from Jason from Alliance. He says Alliance has a modification on the table for us. We have not seen it yet. If this is indeed true then Alliance will have done for us what the were paid to do. We will furthur update this when we see the proposed modification.
