Complaint Review: Alliance Moving Services

First off, i am absolutely disgusted with their service from beginning until end. I spoke with Rodney at first who promised me a seemless move, & yessed me to death. I received a "BINDING NOT TO EXCEED PRICE" for $2431.16 & thought i was with a great company giving me an honest price. He offered me discounts for being in the military & having AAA. I believed they were an actual moving company. Then come a week prior to move day (when i could not cancel the move due to the contract i signed), they informed me that another company would be doing the pickup. They had decent ratings so i didnt mind. 

On move day, the guys were 4 hours later which was irritating. When they finally showed up there were 2 exhausted guys who were moving in slow-motion basically. They told me they had done 2 jobs prior & were getting ready to move my 3 bedroom apartment. With a flight the next morning & the move going into the late night was making my wife nervous. Finally at midnight when everything was loaded up the supervisor handed me the bill for $5700.00.

I wanted to go crazy on them and take everything off of the truck, but with a flight in 7 hours i was stuck to the wall. I paid and prayed that the delivery would be quick. 

This company should be shut down, their bait & switch tactis are appauling & as quick as they asked for the credit card deposit, the complete opposite can be said for their customer service who gave me the run around for 3 weeks while i waited for my delivery and slept on a blowup mattress.

I wish nothing but the worst on these crooks, run the other way if they ever try to earn your business.
