We hired Alliance Moving Services because they agreed to a number of terms:

1) They would charge us based on weight-weight provided by a CAT certified scale. (Before and after loading weights)

2) They stated their was no minimum weight required

3) They stated that they would wrap the furniture for protection

4) They stated that the would be delivering in a few days.

5) Called on 11/4 and stated that they be delivering our furniture and belongings no later then 11/7. Our belongings were not delivered

6) We called on 11/7 after we took the day off from work and they actually lied to us on the phone.  Stating I had spoken directly to them (which I had not my significant other did) Second they stated they are not delivering till next Wednesday 11/14(at earliest) but aren't sure yet.  In addition, they do have a minimum weight and we don't know what we are talking about,. And that the reason it is so long to get our stuff is the rules set by the DOT of how many hours the OTR drivers can be on the road.  Well again that is false because the DOT rules on the road are drivers are only allowed 11 hours on the road AND 14 hours of on duty time.  We only moved from Illinois to Georgia a little over 700 miles. Guess what it is only 2 days of driving to get here under DOT rules.

They still have not provided our furniture and we are still sitting on a folding chair and sleeping on a blow-up bed. While these people who took our money (which we paid on time) and did not deliver our belongings and have consistently stalled the delivery of our belongings as well as making claim that they are intending to charge us more.
