Complaint Review: Alliance of Milwaukee LLC

I moved to an apartment building on 2922 West Wells Street in 2009. What happened was the old black man apartment manager LB Gibson(2002-2012) gambled and embezzled my rent money and tenants rent money to go to Potawatomi Bingo and Casino to gamble with everybody's rent money to cover up the rent money until it caught up to him in 2012. He got fired and evicted from the apartment building in 2012. The building owner Richard A.Weller the white man hired Carlos Hamilton a young black guy to become the new aparartment manager in 2013. Carlos Hamilton asked me and tenants for money to get his insulin filled. He don't pay you back your money because he's a diabetic. He smokes and drink beer and charged tenants money to get things fixed inside their apartment. Tenants moved out of that apartment building because of him and the owner.

The building owner Richard A.Weller and Harvey the maintenance man cannot be trusted. They won't fix nothing in your apartment until you move out. When you move out they come by your apartment and fix your stuff. The apartment manager let furniture pile up in the back of the apartment building and the building inspector charged the building owner $500.00 citation for not having old furniture removed from the back of the building. In 2013, I moved out of that apartment building because of the owner and the apartment manager who not fix my leaky ceiling that was dripping with water. In 2013 apartment manager Carlos Hamilton was pulled from that apartment building because he was not taking care of things.

In 2009 to 2012 Richard A.Weller the building owner and the apartment manager LB Gibson rented apartment to prostitutes, drug addicts, crackheads, sex offenders/convicted sex offenders and convicted felons at 2922 West Wells Street. In 2009 A white lady prostitute who lived in the building set a white man tenant up to get robbed for his money and rent money. The white man tenant moved out because he could not pay his rent because of the white lady prostitute set him up to get robbed. In 2010 a black guy moved in the building who is a crackhead and started threatening and terrorizing tenants by pulling a knife on them. The apartment manager would not evict him. In 2011 a black lady prostitute asked the apartment manager for $300.00. The apartment manager would not give it to her that sparked up an argument between them. She moved out in 2011. In 2012 A black man drug addict moved into that building on the second floor. A white guy and his white girlfriend was shooting drugs including heroin into their bodies and they moved out in 2012. A black old man who lived in Apt 110 was always drinking beer urinating and defacating on himself having the whole apartment smelling with urine and human feces.

In 2013 I moved to an apartment building on 609 North 31st Street. That apartment building was bad and worse because black male tenants were urinating on the elevator and the hallways. They were damaging property in the hallways, Young Black Women writing on the hallway walls, Tenants who live above me were always drinking, arguing, and cursing every night and every morning at 1:00,2:00,3:00,4:00 and 5:00am in the morning while everybody is sleeping .Craig Z. the black man apartment manager don't take care of things in that building including the bad tenants and bad tenants who cause a disturbance in that building every night and every morning while tenants be sleeping.He won't evict them when they cause a disturbance. That's why I moved out in April 2014 because of those tenants and because of the bad enviroment. Tenants are moving out of that building because of the apartment manager don't take care of things

Please do not move into those apartment buildings that are owned by Alliance of Milwaukee LLC and Anchor of Milwaukee,Because if you do,something bad will happen to you in those apartment buildings.
