This is a Fraudulent company, i've been with the same alarm company(ATP) for the past 7 years, one day the same representative that i had for several years came to my business and told me that i have to change my equipment for a better one and i accepted because i trusted him and i had been working with him for long time, but he never told me that he was changing me to another company and made me a contract with Alliance Security (Monitronics) for 5 years (Wich is illegal in the state of Florida), he also used my check to write my account number on the contract and they were discounting the money from my account without my authorization while i was paying my current alarm company by checks so yes i was paying to alarm companies at the same time for the same service, i didnt noticed it because when i saw the charge on my account i thought it was the confirmation of the check i sent.

One day a Rep from ATP came to my business and he said that my contract was about to expire and they check the equipment i had was not from their company and found out those equipments were from (Alliance Security) but i had all the signs in the door that say ATP. After some investigation they told me that the guy who changed the equipment was not longer working with them and he was working with Monitronics and stealing their customers information and making double signing contracts, my company changed the equipment and said dont worry we have a legal case against this representative and also Monitronics, so i contacted Alliance Security and i explained them the situation and i told them to cancel my contract because it was made base on fraud and i told them that i dont have a service with them, in that moment they were very rude and told me that they cant do anything because i have a contract with them, after a lot of phone calls and emails i called my bank and told them to stop paying Monitronics and i asked them for the last time to cancel my contract because i dont have service with them and they keep calling me and saying that they are going to send me to collection and i told them to go ahead and do it because after that i can do something legal about this, but this is the WORST company ever they keep calling me even when i've told them to add me to the not to call list and they dont understand, more than 3 phone calls per day to my business phone that's crazy, don't ever go with this company!!

Im not sure if you guys are the same company as Alliance Security because you responded to this complaint in a very decent manner and Alliance Security employees are always very rude responding to me.
