In July 202< I purchesed security services from Alliance Security System, which was the worst thing I have ever done. Since the sysm was installed in my home it constantly malfunctioned. I kept calling customer service to report the problems, It was a nightmare, the wordt customer service you will ever experience. the will switch you all around, never answers, and hang up most of the time.
There are about 2 decent people I have ever dealt with, but that never helped me much. They make promises that they cannot keep, like coming out to your home to fix the aalrm can takethm weeksor months, and then no one comes, and dont call to cancel. Then I was given another appt. 2 weeks later. By that time I felt unsafe in my home, seeing that these people istaking mymoney, but are unable to protect my home.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY GO BY SEVERAL DIFFERENT NAMES. YOU CAN BE STUCK WITH A BLOODSUCKING COMPANY LIKE THIS ONE,PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS,POSING SD SECURITY SERVICES.
I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT TO THE AG OFFICE IN MY STATE, MY LAWYER IS WORKING ON IT AS WELL.
