I was new to the Antelope Vally area and went down AveT in Palmdale Ca. and hit a deep void in the street during a road construction project.  There were no new speed limits nor barriars showing that the asphalt had been dug up right where a concrete bridge was situated.  I hit that area going at least 50 mph. and there was sustantial damage to my vehicle.

Wheels (22")bent, alignment, because the wheels were no longer availible I had to get new ones, sun roof started leaking from the jolt. I  almost lost control of my car. I reported the incident to the county who, after stalling for time suggested I use my personal insurance co. because they said it would be a long time before I would get compensated for the damage.  I reported it to Alliance and they did everything wrong. Paid a measly $193.00 with a $500.00 deductable.  before I could get all the bills into them!

I needed my car for transportation and had to pay for the damages myself. Now Alliance won't pay the full amount based on some stipulation that says they cant pay the claim because I fixed the car before they inspected it. Yet they gave me 10% of what the damages were.

They did look at my car and I provided the reciepts, phone calls from the repair shop, and they sent out an inspector who said there was nothing wrong with my roof? Onlypaid for 1 wheel when those wheels were no longer available. I could not buy 1 wheel. I would be driving with mix match mags! They even stated that I told the original inspector from the county that that I said there was nothing wrong with my roof. Why would I do something that stupid?

I sent bills totaling $2,819.95 and they said they are closing the cade.  They left me with a still damaged vehicle because some of the damages never got fixed, and a repair bill. I had to go the the county Supervisor for help.  Seems like this insurance company does not want to pay it's customers claims. They are scamming the public.
