First of all, I had been late on some payments.
So, I did a stupid thing, trying to do the right thing.
I set my account up with AllianceOne to automaticly take out my payment out of my checking account each month.

Things were going fine! Until about mid July 07.
I tryed to purchise something and my card did not go through.
So the following day I get a letter from the bank stating that my account was getting garnished.


So I called AllianceOne, to see what was going on. And the person that I needed to talk to had went on vacation.So they say!
The calling went on for about three weeks and still I couldn't get intouch with the person that could let me know what was going on.

Not to mention that I had checks that bounced, and that even caused me more.
So, finally I get intouch with the lady that I needed to talk to. And she told me that She called and called me, not to mention that she is not the person that I had been working with on my account.

She told me that she tryed to run my card for four months and it was not working, but "I" had no problems with it.
But the woman before her had no problems.

I wonder, what can I do.
If there is anything that I can do, I will.

I'll take just "getting her fired if I could". that will make me happy.
I don't think that I was treated fairly.
There may have been a few times that the payments were late, but I was by no means trying to avoid paying my debt.
