in good faith we bought flight ins. we were told he would be walking way before is is able. number one reason for ins. NOW after talking with them and faxing 18 documents and having drs reports made and filed ...they tell me it was a pre-existing condition..of course it was but he was to be able to walk by then u don't pay good money for ins 35-40 bucks ..this co. is a ripp off. we asked before purchasing and were never told lots of things..this is to keep u from ever trusting these people. god forbid somethign happened on trip ..there would never be enough papers to ever get a claim correct..also they didn't not say ins was for only 200 dollars each. lots of airfare more than that....i thought ins covered us...they r not reliable.
