I have been a victim of a fraudulent employment agency named Allianz Security Protection. I was in need of work and came across the contacts and ad that this Allianz SP was "hiring" for security Guard positions, and would train if applicants have no training or experience. I scheduled an interview over the phone with a lady named Ms. Haz, with hopes of getting a "Job"

As I went in for the interview at their office located on 244 West 49St Bet 8ave &Broadway, suite 700 (7th floor). I waited a little while as there were many people waiting to be interviewed. Then was finally called to be interviewed by a Mr.Combs.
I gave him all proper identifications, and then went into details of what the work required.

Mr. Combs went into details of what positions they have available, there starting hourly wages and 90day probationary period. I was also told about benefits, which is dental& health insurance, 401K". I was told not to worry about uniform, just have black pair of shoes. I needed training, therefore had to pay training "fees" which was $1090, for the following: fireguard, Metal Detection CPR, Anti-Terrorism 8&16 hr preparation certificates, NYC Security Guard license

As the interview concluded, I was "congratulated" as if i got the job. There was a contract with a no-refund policy which I didnt give importance at the time because in my mind, I had a job, why would I want a refund. I was happy, they quickly scheduled my classes and i would start the following day. I was so confident about it.

After the finished Fireguard, Metal Detection CPR, Anti-Terrorism classes, I was sent to the 5ft floor for the 8&16hr prep with another company called Imperial Security were given a list by Allianz SP of companies that "might" have been hiring,  and to schedule interviews with such companies . Which was NOT what we were there for, I discovered that they were a placement agency, which might not even be licensed. .

When I was given the certificates I noticed that they did not have Allianz SP's ID number which they refused to provide, there was no form of license displayed in their office and also refused to provide such information. The certificates and training I
paid for might not be valid, because of this company fraudulent act. Based on my research, Allianz SP is not the first to be involved in such scams, and I am not the only victim.
