I entered into an agreement to purchase “leads” from Allied Digital Media in late October 2021. I had to pay in advance for the leads but was told numerous times in writing that if I did not like the leads for any reason I could stop the service and get my remaining money refunded. After receiving very poor quality “leads” I requested the service be stopped in early December.

On 12/6/21 I was told my refund was processed and would hit my bank account within 7-10 business. When it didn’t I reached out and was given a transaction number to check with my bank regarding the wires whereabouts. The bank had no clue what that number was and found no incoming wire.

On 12/23/21 I was told the transaction was “processed” again and would hit my bank account very soon. On 12/31/21 I was told I should have more patience, as I would eventually get my refund but holidays were slowing it down. When I saw that this company has this exact same compliant on the BBB website, I decided I needed to file this complaint. I believe for whatever reason they are stalling to pay me what they owe me. All I want is my money back.
