Allied Dispatch Solutions HAVE NOT BEEN PAID SINCE DECEMBER 2016 TENNESSEE Arkansas
I have a smail roadside assistance business, lite-duty. This company has not paid me since December 2016. I've called my rep 3 times they keep telling me it is being rectified. But, the last time I called he told me I have only 2 dispatches outstanding. I have a running total of almost $800.00. Also, I am wonder why this company unlike the other dispatch companys do not have a website you enter your dispatches. They say they keep a ongoing record. There should be a class action lawsuit against them to pay in a timely manner. plus at this point they need to pay interest on monies held. Also they want the member to pay out of pocket if overe $30 for partial payment. Alstate has ATT also, and you are paid daily. And also there is a limit of $50 instead of $30 on ATT customers. My rep told me it was just my company they messed up on. Thank you for verification that they are not reputable on payments.

My Name is Donna Owner of 30 minutes or less of arkansas. After constant calling and talking to multiple of people many E-mails I finaaly got in touch with Chris Leach. Witrhin 3 working days I was completleyu paid off via a Credit Card. His e-mail is Chris.Leach@allied.com. I want to thank him for all his work and getting me paid. I want to Thank Me for my Tenacious and Persistance. I am so glad to get paid and hope it will not happend again Thank you

We are also not getting paid. They do not have an invoice portal for you dispute charges, nor do you know what you were paid for and not paid for. A.B.E. Towing & Recovery Allentown Pa.
